When submitting information in a form, the details will be forwarded to an appropriate member of the group via email for action.

We will do our best to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to our website via an internet connection.

As a member of Yaxley Riders and or if you are participating in a Yaxley Riders Event your information may be shared on the group website, social media pages, or in emails sent by the group. This data will be limited to your name, publicly captured photographs, results (if applicable), and details of your achievement (if appropriate). Limited further information about you may be included; for example, if you are awarded Rider of the Month.



If you have provided contact details to participate in an organized event, these may be stored to enable us to contact you if similar events are arranged in the future.  On this e mail will be an opportunity to unsubscribe should you wish.
